More than 5,200 Audi México employees united in climate change solutions

Today, on International Earth Day, the Volkswagen Group is launching its global #Project1Hour campaign to tackle climate change. In one hour of working time, more than 660,000 employees will be part of this worldwide campaign. In Audi México, more than 400 group leaders, managers and directors will be part of this campaign with their teams to work together, based on workshops, in order to raise awareness about climate change, discuss, propose ideas or projects and personal commitments that contribute to a more sustainable world.

Audi Brussels completes manufacture of the 100,000th Audi e-tron

Since 2018, Audi Brussels has been manufacturing the Audi e-tron, the first full-electrical model from the brand with the four rings. Today, the 100,000th Audi e-tron left the site’s finishing line. The anniversary car is a Daytona grey Audi e-tron Sportback 55 S line Quattro, scheduled for delivery to a Belgian customer soon.

85,000 hours for climate protection: Audi employees support Volkswagen Climate Day

The Volkswagen Group created the Volkswagen Climate Day in celebration of Earth Day, which is happening tomorrow. The focal event is #Project1Hour, a one-hour team workshop during which all employees learn about and discuss climate change and their personal commitment to protecting the climate. AUDI AG is also carrying out further events at its locations in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm in Germany; Brussels, Belgium; Győr, Hungary; and San José Chiapa, Mexico, as well as its various companies. This amounts to roughly 85,000 working hours in total – that’s almost ten years of commitment to a healthier climate.
